1946 2nd Foreign Infantry Rgt Far East Bdg/Insigne 2¡ Rgt Etranger Infanterie d'Extreme Orie

This is a circa 1946 badge for the French 2nd Foreign Infantry Regiment Far East by Drago. The badge is beautifully enameled in red and green and shows a serpentine Oriental-style dragon behind a bursting bomb. Ceci est un insigne pour le 2e RŽgiment Etranger d'Infanterie d'Extreme Orient faite par Drago. L'insigne est joliment ŽmaillŽ en rouge et vert et montre une serpentine de style oriental de dragon derrire une bombe Žclate.

Circa 1946.

Approximately 1-7/16" in height and 1" in width. Environ 3.7 cm par 2.5 cm.

Gold-plated brass with enamel. Laiton dorŽ avec Žmail.

Vertical pin with saddle. Axe vertical avec une selle.
