This badge is a late 1930s through early World War II badge for the French 403rd Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment by Arthus Bertrand. SIZE:
About 1-1/4: in height and 1-1/2" wide. Environs 3.2 cm par 3.8 cm.

Gilt brass. Laiton dore.
