1945 Nurse Graduation Pin for Children's Hospital 14K Gold with Sapphires

This is a dated 1945 nurse graduation pin from Children's Hospital: which one is unclear. The pin is in 14 karat gold with sapphire chips for service.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1945.

SIZE:

Approximately 5/8" in height and 5/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

14 karat gold, enamel, sapphire chips. 2.1 dwt, 3.2 gm.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking catch.
