ARTIFACT:
This is a restricted United States Army Air Forces publication entitled "Pilot's Flight Operating Instructions for Army Models B-17F and G British Model Fortress II". The original Boeing B-17 "Flying Fortress" was a bomber developed before the war for the USAAC, and eventually were used to aid the British Bomber Command. This book was published in 1943. It has several photographs, illustrations and some fold-out diagrams, all with information on the nuts and bolts of manning this aircraft.

Published August (revised October) 1943.
SIZE:
104 pages (last 5 pages missing) including photographs and illustrations. Approximately 10-7/8"e; in height and 8-1/2" in width.
