1940s Box for Varney Model Railroad HO Gauge Hopper Car Box

This is a circa 1940s box for the hopper car from a Varney model railway kit. Varney was a very popular model manufacturer between 1936 and 1960, and an early advocate of building models in HO gauge. The box even has a small bit of vintage Christmas wrapping paper still attached at one end.

7 (Very Fine): The box has great coloration, with a small dent in the bottom and some scattered spots of minor discoloration inside.
