This is a 1940's - 1950's US Customs Inspector Hat Badge # 1265.
VINTAGE:1940s - 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 2-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, hard fired blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, two stabilization posts.

ITEM NOTES:This is from an old federal police and law enforcement badge collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAEJV22 LCFEX08/24/22
CONDITION:7- (Fine): The badge shows minor to moderate wear, and enamel damage around "PEC". Overall, badge shows duty worn nice patina.
