1950s US Customs Inspector Hat Badge Numbered on Reverse

This is a circa 1950s United States Customs inspector hat badge. It is numbered on reverse. The design is an eagle over a blue banner with some blue sunburst rays behind him.

Circa 1950's.

Approximately 2" in height x 2-9/16" in width.

Gilt brass, enamel.

Single screw post with disc backing, two stabilization posts.

7- (Very Fine-): The badge has a small piece of enamel missing from the banner and crest, along with a few other very small dings; some small areas of discoloration on reverse.
