1933 Dusseldorf Schlageter Commemorative Tinnie by Paulmann

This is a German tinnie commemorating the death of Albert Leo Schlageter at Dusseldorf in May 193Schlageter was a German World War I veteran executed by the French who would posthumously become a cultish Nazi hero, gaining him a mention in Mein Kampf and even rituals established to remember his death.

Circa 1933-1945.

About 1-15/16" in height and 1-3/16" in width.

Stamped brass.

Vertical safety-style pin.
