This is a circa 1930s or early World War II worker badge for Clarkson & Startz Aircraft Company of Wellington, Kansas. The badge is by St. Louis Button Company and is numbered 312.

SIZE: Approximately 2 in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Plated brass, clear celluloid, paper.
