ARTIFACT:

This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States Army Infantry School. The DI shows a silver and gold sword at the center of a blue enameled field and reads FOLLOW ME.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enameled areas.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing and stabilization posts.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The DI has only some light wear.
