This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States 4th Field Artillery Regiment by Meyer. The DI shows an Aztec sun symbol in red and gold with two crossed knives at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/16" in height 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK.
