This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States 121st Field Artillery Regiment. The DI is a crest bearing a red arrow and six golden fleur-de-lis. The DI has a badger at its top and reads CATERVAE FERREAE (of the brigade of iron).
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height 13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, 2 stabilization teeth.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows light wear and tarnish there are one or two very small pieces of enamel missing.
