This is a circa 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 156th Field Artillery Regiment. The DI is enameled in red, white and blue and has a screwback fastener.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, stabilization teeth.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The DI has some light wear.
