This is a 1930s distinctive insignia or the United States 120th Field Artillery Regiment. The DI shows a badger presiding over a chevron and five fleur-de-lis and reads EAGER TO ASSIST.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height 13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, two stabilization teeth.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The DI shows only very light wear.
