ARTIFACT: This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States 102nd Field Artillery Regiment by Robbins. The DI shows a blue and gold chevron separating a fleur-de-lis from two towers and reads SIC ITUR AD ASTRA (this is the way to the stars).

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: ROBBINS CO. ATTLEBORO.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months MAX96 LBDX10/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI shows only some light wear and tarnish with a spot of minor discoloration to the enamel.
