Beautiful 1930's Los Angeles County, California Deputy Sheriff (Special) Badge by George Schenck, Los Angeles. The 6-point ball-tipped enameled star shaped badge features a walking bear in the center and surrounding it reads: "DEPUTY SHERIFF LOS ANGELES COUNTY" and is numbered 'S2193'.

Circa 1930's

Enameled gilt brass.

Vertical 'T' pin with drop in locking swivel catch.
