Description
This is a charming handmade, inlaid wooden mechanical cigarette box from 1930s Havana, Cuba. Delicate geometric designs grace every visible surface and a panel with a painting of the CAPITOLIO slides back to reveal the storage area for the cigarettes. But the real star here is a plucky waterfowl on a roller who grabs a cigarette with his beak whenever the post next to him is depressed.
