This is a 1920s New York State Agriculture and Markets inspector badge. The badge reads INSPECTOR AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS STATE OF NEW YORK 97 and shows the State of New York seal at center.

Circa 1920s.

2-11/16" height and 1-15/16" width.

Nickel-plated brass with painted letters.

Vertical pin with "C" catch.
