This is a 1920's - 1930's Brooklyn New York Department of Parks Playground Director Badge # 138 by Walter & Sons.

1920s - 1930s.

Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 1-5/8" in width.

Gold-plated brass, painted lettering.

Vertical kick pin with tongue-type 'C' catch.

8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor wear, much of the gold-plated detail remains intact, overall, it is in excellent condition.
