Numbered 1960s US Post Office Dept. Vehicle Service Cap Badge by Walter & Sons

This is a 1960s United States Post Office Department Vehicle Service cap badge. The badge is numbered and has a nice Walter & Sons hallmark on reverse. The badge has a great scene in relief of a mail truck parked in front of the Capitol building.

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 1-15/16" in width.

Chrome-plated brass, painted details.

Single screw post with disc backing and post with clutch-back catch.
