Description
1910's United States Post Office Department Railway Mail service clerk badge in stamped nickel. The center of the badge is an oval with the letters: "U.S." overlapping in the center surrounded by thirteen stars and the words: "POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT RAILWAY MAIL SERVICE" and the base of the badge is numbered "41133", a standing eagle is perched at the top of the badge clutching arrows and an olive branch in its talons.
