ARTIFACT: This is a serving utensil from the Wentworth by the Sea Hotel in New Castle, New Hampshire, made famous by being the spot where the Russian and Japanese signers of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty lodged in 1905.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920s-1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 12-3/4” in length and 3-3/16” width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Silver-plated nickel.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: REED & BARTON.
