Description
1920's - 1930's Portsmouth, New Hampshire fire department badge #7 by C. D. Reese in New York. The center of the badge shows a raised number: "7" and surrounding it reads: "PORTSMOUTH FIRE DEPT. N. H.", top features an eagle with spread wings and a bowed head. The reverse shows a maker's mark that reads: "C. D. REESE 57 WARREN ST. NEW YORK".
VINTAGE:Circa 1920's - 1930's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/4z" in height x 1-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel plated nickel, black paint.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with 'C' style catch.
MARKINGS:"C. D. REESE 57 WARREN ST. NEW YORK"
