This is a circa 1910s or 1920s badge for Clan Johnstone, a family of the Scottish Lowlands. The badge is silver-plated and was made in Scotland. The garter encircling the winged spur at center reads NUNQUAM NON PARATUS (Never unprepared).
VINTAGE:Circa 1910s-1920s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-15/16" in height and 1-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal T-style pin, C catch.
MARKINGS:MADE IN SCOTLAND.
