This is a 1890's United States Detective Agency 6-point Star Badge.
VINTAGE:Circa 1890s.
SIZE:Approximately: 1-7/8" in height x 1-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel plated nickel with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin.
