WWII USS Finback SS-230 Launched Postal Cover Slightly "Foxed"

This is a World War II United States Submarine Finback (SS-230) postal cover. The Finback was launched Aug 25, 1941, and all save the third, ninth, and twelfth of her twelve war patrols were designated "successful." She received 13 battle stars for World War II service, and is credited with having sunk 69,383 tons of enemy shipping.
