WWII USNR Pilot Wing, Medallion and Tie Clip for Lindsay "Doc" Lord

This is a World War II US Navy Reserve pilot wing, medallion and tie clip for Lindsay Doc" Lord.

Circa World War II.

Wing: about 2-3/4" in width by 15/16" in height; medallion: about 1" in width by 1-1/16" in height; tie clip: about 2-7/16" in width by 1/2" in height.

Wing: 1/20 10 karat gold-filled brass; medallion: sterling silver with enamel accents; tie clip: sterling silver.

Wing: horizontal pin with a "come-under" locking catch; medallion: small loop; tie clip: one-piece clip form.

Wing: 1/20 10K GF BALFOUR; medallion: STERLING LINDSAY (DOC) LORD U.S.N.R.; tie clip: STERLING.
