This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 8th Air Force patch "light blue, thick double loops" variant. The patch has been well used and shows a winged number 8 with a star inside its bottom loop.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/8" in height and 2-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
