This is a United States Marine Corps lieutenant's overseas cap from World War II. The cap has an eagle, globe and anchor insignia and a bar.

Circa World War II.

Approximate size 8.

Wool gabardine, leather interior hatband, silk lining and plated brass.

Vertical come-under locking swivel catch on bar; single screw post with disc backing and one stabilization post on EGA.

IMPERIAL with H&H maker's mark on bar.
