Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Marine Corps ship's detachment shoulder patch. The patch is diamond-shaped and shows a seahorse wrapped around an anchor at center.

VINTAGE:

World War II.

SIZE:

3-7/16" height and 2-3/4" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Red fully-embroidered in cotton/silk embroidery thread.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto garment.
