This is a World War II Civil Defense First Aid Specialist patch. The patch is in embroidered blue twill showing a red cross within a white triangle and has snap fasteners on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton twill embroidered in silk/cotton, mesh backing, metal snaps.
ATTACHMENT:Snaps (3).
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The patch has some medium wear/creasing and it appears on snap is missing.
