This is a unique sterling World War II Civil Defense First Aid Squad badge.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:About 1-1/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt sterling with enamel accents.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with a "come-under" locking catch.
MARKINGS:STERLING.
