This is a World War II United States Army Colonel "War Eagle" insignia by Luxenberg. The eagle is right-facing and is in sterling silver.

Circa World War II.

Approximately ¾" in height and 1-7/8" in width.

Sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
