WWII US Army CBI Theatre Shoulder Patch Light Blue Ring Variant with O/D Border

This is a World War II United States Army CBI (China-Burma-India) theatre shoulder patch with an olive drab border. The patch is a crest bearing red and white stripes and a white Chinese 12-ray sun and star against a field of blue, and has a light blue ring in the sun.
