Description
This is a World War II United States Army 2nd pattern M6 bazooka rocket bag olive drab cotton/canvas. It is dated 1945 under the cover, which snaps down, and reads US across the top. There is a short carrying handle as well as a longer adjustable over-the-shoulder webbed strap. The 2nd pattern bag has two snaps at the lid instead of one.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II (dated 1945).
SIZE:Approximately 23" in length and 10-1/2" in width and 3-1/2" in depth.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Canvas.
ATTACHMENT:Buckled adjustable strap, carrying handle, snaps for cover.
MARKINGS:BOYT 45 (and later stamps).
