This is a World War II variant United States Marine Corps shoulder patch for the 2nd MAR. The patch is shaped like a spearhead and shows a yellow hand holding a torch with a detailed flame set against five white stars.
VINTAGE:World War II.
SIZE:3-7/16" height and 2-5/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Red twill patch embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
