This is a World War II United Service Organizations (USO) celluloid pin. The USO was formed in 1941 by the Roosevelt Administration to provide recreational activities and morale in general to troops.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid-wrapped tin, brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Straight pin.
