This is a small World War II United Service Organizations (USO) badge. The USO was formed in 1941 by the Roosevelt Administration to provide recreational activities and morale in general to troops.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1/4" in height and 1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with "C" catch.
