ARTIFACT: This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Sirago SS-485, which was launched on May 13, 1945 at Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard.

VINTAGE: Circa 1945.

SIZE: About 1-3/4 in width by 2-1/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Foiled card stock.

ATTACHMENT: Silk string.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The tag shows minor wear, and the tag you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition.
