This is a PT Boat "E" for Excellence in Production Pin for employees of Harbor Boat Company of Terminal Island California in gilt sterling. The pin reads HARBOR BOAT BUILDING CO. TERMINAL ISLAND, CALIF. FOR PRODUCTION. The pin shows a PT Boat Patrol Torpedo Boat and the Army-Navy E flag flying at center with the wreathed E.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:7/8" in height x 3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt sterling with red, white and blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking catch.
