This is a plastic World War II pin for the Pratt & Whitney aircraft engine manufacturer by Whitehead & Hoag. The badge has an eagle at center and reads PRATT & WHITNEY U.S.A. KANSAS CITY, MO. DEPENDABLE ENGINES.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:
Approximately 13/16 diameter with tips of wings jutting out slightly.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Plastic.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal safety-style pin.
MARKINGS:
WHITEHEAD-HOAG stamp.
