ARTIFACT: Beautiful circa 1930's - WWII Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines lapel pin made by the Whitehead & Hoag Company, New Jersey. The lapel pin depicts an an eagle at center against a light blue background and surrounding, a navy blue outer ring reads: "PRATT & WHITNEY U.S.A. DEPENDABLE ENGINES".

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's - WWII.

SIZE: 5/8” diameter with tips of wings jutting out slightly.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Gold-plated brass with enamel details.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: "W & H CO."

ITEM NOTES: This is from an aviation company collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCX99 LHEX 6/10 SLX12/15

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Pin has very minor wear and a nice coloration.
