This is a 1940s - World War II PAA Stewardess badge in solid 10K gold by Balfour.

Circa 1940s - World War II.

About 1-9/16" in width by 7/8" in length.

Gold-plated brass with enamel accents.

Horizontal pin with a come-under locking catch.

LGB 10K.
