ARTIFACT: This is a World War II era Mexican Navy Order of Technical Merit !st Class with no Ribbon.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/16" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Enameled, gilt, brass.

ATTACHMENT: Loop.

MARKINGS: CREADA POR. LEY DE 17 DIC. 1945
