This is an issue United States Army shoulder scroll for the 1st Ranger Battalion, the first unit from the United States to see World War II action in Europe at Dieppe. The scroll reads 1ST RANGER BN.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:
2" height and 3-3/4" width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Black felt patch with red and white cotton/silk threads and mesh backing.
