This is a World War II homefront patch or armband for the Massachusetts Farm Volunteers. At the centerpoint of the band is a patch reading MFV in red and showing a blue star and a yellow ear of corn.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/4" in height and 17-1/4" in length (entire band).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt, cotton.
ATTACHMENT:Currently safety-pinned.

CONDITION:6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The patch shows moderate wear and discoloration with some slight moth nips on reverse and band has a few small spots of discoloration.
