This is a World War II homefront 4-H Club "V for Victory" celluloid pin. The 4-H Club is a youth organization promoted by the USDA's National Institute of Food and Agriculture. The pin shows the 4-H shamrock in green over a red V.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid-wrapped tin, brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Straight pin.
MARKINGS:Union marks.
