This is a World War II Cannon Electric Association (CEA) "V for Victory" homefront pin. The pin reads V FOR VICTORY CEA CANNON FOR SUPPORT, and shows a V at center and also a cannon which says DO IT ELECTRICALLY.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:1-1/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid-wrapped tin.
ATTACHMENT:Brass straight pin.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Pin's only wear appears to be its tarnished backing.
