WWII Germany Army (Wehrmacht) single Hauptmann (Captain) Should Board for the 5th Cavalry Regiment. Shoulder boards, identified the rank and branch of service of the wearer, this board has a gilt brass number '5' in the center of light gray embroidered piping and a base Waffenfarbe (Branch of Service Color) of "Golden Yellow" to denote Kavallerie (Cavalry) personnel. The shoulder boards of matte silver/aluminum Russian braid with double gilt washed rank pips mounted on golden yellow wool waffenfarbe bases.
