This is a World War II United States Army 1st Cavalry Division shoulder patch. The patch is a gold shield and bears a black diagonal stripe and horse's head.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/8" in height and 3-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto uniform.
MARKINGS:None.
